Delivery and payment

Delivery

We deliver orders within the city (Dnipro, Ukraine) and the region. After you place an order, our manager will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time.

• City delivery — by arrangement.
• Pickup — free, by prior arrangement.
• Separate terms apply to wholesale orders.

Payment

Currently we accept payment on receipt — in cash or by card to the courier. Online payment is coming soon.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged or does not match the order — let us know on the day of delivery, and we will replace it or refund your money.
